At Her Heavenly Strands, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the following shipping guidelines.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Her Heavenly Strands is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order has not yet shipped, email herheavenlystrands@gmail.com immediately with the correct information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for shipping delays once the package leaves our facility. If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • If unresolved, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist

Delivery Issues or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at herheavenlystrands@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
