At Her Heavenly Strands LLC, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our natural hair products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
To request a return, please email herheavenlystrands@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to herheavenlystrands@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping is available within the United States only.
